WEBSITE PRIVACY · UPDATED NOVEMBER 1, 2026

Website Privacy Policy

This notice explains how VDK LabelCraft handles information when you visit vdklabelcraft.com or www.vdklabelcraft.com, use the website’s label demo, or contact us about the website.

At a glance

1. The label demo and downloads

The interactive label demo runs in your browser. The text you type is used only to update the label preview on the current page. Our website code does not send that text to a server, store it in cookies or browser storage, or add it to a label library. Reloading or leaving the page resets the demo.

The screenshot tour and animations are examples of the app. Viewing them does not connect to a printer or access your Mac’s files. Downloading the sample CSV saves an example file to your device; this website does not ask you to upload your own CSV or label designs.

2. Information used to deliver and protect the site

When you open a page or request an image, video, font, or download, the systems delivering the website receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, request time, and connection or security information.

We use Cloudflare to deliver the website over HTTPS, cache files, and help protect it from abuse. Cloudflare processes traffic and security data as part of those services and may make technical information and aggregate traffic statistics available to us. Processing may take place in countries other than your own. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its handling of visitor information.

Routine access logging is disabled on our website’s origin server. Operational error and security information may still be processed to diagnose faults, maintain availability, and protect the service. This does not mean that visiting the site is anonymous to your internet provider or our delivery providers.

3. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

Our website code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or include advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles or sell visitor information.

Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies if a protection or challenge requires them. These are distinct from advertising cookies. More information is available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking security cookies can affect access if a challenge is shown.

Fonts, screenshots, product photos, and videos are served as files from this website. Viewing them does not load an embedded advertising network, video platform, or remote font service.

4. Information you choose to send us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, the message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond to your question, troubleshoot the issue you describe, and maintain related support correspondence. Email is handled by the email services used by you and us.

Please send only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive label contents. Opening an email link does not automatically send a message or subscribe you to a mailing list.

5. Sharing and retention

We do not maintain visitor accounts or records of label-demo text. Service providers process the technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect the service.

Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle your request and maintain related records. Operational data is subject to the applicable infrastructure provider’s retention practices; this site does not promise a fixed deletion period for Cloudflare’s technical records. Contact us if you have a question about information you have sent directly to us.

7. Questions and privacy requests

For questions about this notice or information you have sent us, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of your support correspondence. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message and verify that the request is yours.

We will respond based on the information we hold and the requirements that apply to the request. We cannot retrieve label-demo text because our website does not receive it.

8. Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the website’s features or information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update.
